Cookies, Google & website privacy
The cookies our studio uses and our current approach to Google Search and analytics.
Essential studio access
For visitors without a signed-in site identity, the studio uses a random pp_guest cookie to keep saved photos associated with the same browser. It is an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie with a 30-day lifetime. It is needed for the private studio service you request. Hosted access can also use platform-managed sign-in cookies.
Deleting cookies may stop you finding saved artwork in that browser. It does not automatically delete the stored files. You can delete unordered photos from the studio or contact us about your information.
Google, Bing and AI search
Search engines can only crawl pages made publicly accessible. Our website is publicly accessible at petportraitgifts.uk. Descriptive page titles, canonical links, a sitemap and original gift guides help search engines understand its public pages. Search ownership verification and sitemap submission are completed separately; their presence does not mean that Google or Bing has indexed the site or guarantees a search position.
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools help us understand how public pages appear in search. They are separate from browser advertising trackers. Our robots.txt file describes crawler access, and llms.txt provides an informational guide for services that choose to use it. Neither file grants access to private customer photos, studio history or orders.
Analytics and advertising
This version does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or other advertising trackers. We do not set optional marketing cookies. If optional analytics or advertising is added, this page and the appropriate consent or objection controls must be updated before those tools run.
Some narrowly configured statistical technologies can qualify for an exception under current UK rules. We do not assume that ordinary Google Analytics or advertising qualifies. Non-essential tracking will remain off unless the required conditions and controls are in place.
