UK delivery & production

Artwork approval comes first

Create the portrait and check the exact artwork before it is sent to print. AI generation, your review and any further adjustments take place before physical production. Print checkout is currently paused while we finish our launch checks. The print price is £19.99 including VAT and free UK Standard delivery.

Typical production, before postage

Prodigi’s public product information lists typical production of 24–72 hours for fine-art prints, around 72 hours for classic framed prints, and 48–120 hours for stretched canvas. These are production estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Busy periods, the chosen variant and the production lab can affect timing. Prodigi also warns that handmade framed and canvas products can occasionally take up to seven days to produce. These estimates begin after the paid order is accepted for production, not when you start editing.

Postage and transit options

Free Standard delivery to a UK address is included with the £19.99 fine-art print and both optional upgrades. There is no extra postage fee. At launch we offer Standard delivery only. Supplier quotes for our selected formats currently use an Evri next-day service after dispatch; carrier routing may change.

Delivery transit is additional to production. Allow around 1–3 working days after dispatch for Standard UK delivery; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, bank holidays, busy periods and carrier delays can affect timing. Next-day carrier service does not mean next-day arrival from the moment you create a personalised portrait. We do not currently offer Express or international delivery.

Dispatch updates and tracking

When live ordering opens, we will send an order confirmation after payment and a dispatch email after the print partner confirms shipment. We include the carrier tracking number and link when supplied. Budget and some Standard services are untracked. Tracking can take time to show the first carrier scan; if details become available later, we will email an update.

Correct addresses and delivery problems

Please check the delivery address and postcode before payment. If an address needs correcting, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible once production or dispatch has progressed. Large framed prints and canvases may not be suitable for P.O. Box delivery. Tell us if your parcel is late, damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to.

Prices and gift deadlines

Our main product is the 12 × 16 inch unframed fine-art print at £19.99. Optional upgrades are stretched canvas at £46.50 or a 30 × 40cm classic framed portrait at £61.20. Every price includes VAT and free UK Standard delivery. No frame is included in the £19.99 print price. The full total appears before payment.

Christmas, birthday and other occasion deadlines will be published after production and transit estimates are verified. We do not currently promise a particular gift-arrival date. Please allow time to review the artwork as well as production and delivery.

Where your parcel comes from

Prodigi is our selected print-on-demand provider. It produces and dispatches approved wall art directly, so we do not hold or pack your portrait ourselves. UK production is available for the selected ranges, but the fulfilment location depends on the exact product, variant and live routing.
